Since 2016

Instruction for everyone.

Tony Rios opened the studio in 2016 so students with physical and developmental challenges, and mainstream children and adults, could train in the same building. The focus is being able to train everyone, regardless of their needs.

Adaptive students earn rank and see the next belt coming. Mainstream students learn Tae Kwon Do from Little Ninjas up through adults. Weapons sit on their own line of the schedule.

What they wrote.

My son has been with Mr. Rios for over 2 years, starting at age 5. He is truly talented and experienced in his approach to all kids. Even those with special and adaptive needs. Highly recommend! Also love that there are various time schedules available through the week.

Angelica Gomez

I have been training with Tony Rios for years. His energy and passion for training is infectious. Even when I was a timid beginner, Tony made me feel welcome and excited to learn. My technique has improved, as has my confidence, fitness level and overall health. I'd highly recommend My Martial Arts to anyone: child or adult.

Jamey Garner-Yeric

This is a great weekly experience for kids with special needs and delayed abilities. Tony and his crew are so patient and encouraging with the kids.

SNAPMAT

A tournament built for adaptive athletes.

Most punches in 45 seconds. Most kicks in 45 seconds. A timed obstacle course. Medals. The event is free. Events can be adjusted for a competitor who uses a walker.

The date still printed on the studio site is Saturday, April 26, 2025. That registration is marked closed.
