Special Needs Adaptive Program Martial Arts Tournament
Hard work, a medal, and a room that was built for them.
SNAPMAT gives kids and adults living with special needs a tournament: effort, competition, rewards, and the noise of a gym that is on their side.
Three events: most punches in 45 seconds, most kicks in 45 seconds, and a timed obstacle course. A punch relay is there for competitors who cannot kick. Events can be adjusted, including for a student who uses a walker.

A June tournament is also mentioned on the adaptive page, without a year. New dates go up with our social posts.
