When is the front desk open?
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 7:00pm. Saturday, 9:00am to 2:00pm. Sunday, closed. Some classes run later than 7. Those times are on the schedule.
Is there a free intro?
Yes. Contact us for a free intro lesson. The gold button opens the form on this page.
What ages do you teach?
Little Ninjas are 4–6. Juniors are 7–12. Mainstream adults are 13 and up. The adaptive program page lists kids 7–13 and adults 14 and up. The 2026 schedule header lists kids adaptive as 6–13.
Do adaptive students earn belts?
Yes. The belt system is customized for the adaptive martial arts program. It does not apply to the Saturday fitness classes.
What is SNAPMAT?
A free adaptive tournament: punches, kicks, and an obstacle course, with room to change an event for the competitor. The date still printed is April 26, 2025, and that registration is marked closed.
